7 Data retention period

Personal data are kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing. In particular:

  • data from correspondence - for the duration of the contact and for the period necessary to assert or defend claims,
  • analytical data - in accordance with the cookie settings,
  • marketing data - until you withdraw your consent or object.

8 Rights of data subjects

The data subject has the right to:

The administrator may use user data for profiling for marketing purposes, consisting in particular of matching advertising content. The profiling does not lead to decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect the user.

The controller shall apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the personal data processed, in particular:

  • encryption of data transmission (SSL/TLS),
  • system access control,
  • IT infrastructure security,
  • regular system updates.
